Principal Chief Commissioner of Income-tax (International Taxation) has vide Jurisdiction Order No. 2/2020 dated 12.10.2020 authorises the income-tax authority/authorities who shall have jurisdiction in respect of the assessees for the purpose of Chapter VIII of the Finance Act, 2016 regarding Equalization Levy.
This Order is issued in supersession of office order no. 1/2020 dated 29.05.2020.
